Shipping policy

Shipping is available for decorated sugar cookies within the United States. Cake pops, drop cookies, and all seasonal presale items are local pickup only in Sun Prairie, WI and are not available for shipping.
Your order will ship on the "Ship Out" date selected at checkout. USPS shipping typically takes 3–6 days, although delays can occur during certain times of the year. If your cookies are needed for a specific date, you may choose an earlier "Ship Out" date and freeze them until needed. Freezing instructions are included with each shipped order.
There are no refunds for orders that arrive late due to carrier delays. Please consider this when selecting your "Ship Out" date.
Shipped cookies are packed with extreme care—double-boxed with plenty of bubble wrap—to help ensure they arrive in the same condition they left. I am not responsible for USPS mishandling that causes breakage or damage, regular shipping delays, delays caused by incorrect address information, weather or disaster conditions, or carrier charges incurred for redelivery attempts.
