Cake Pops are individually heat-sealed in cellophane bags to lock in moisture and extend freshness.
Countertop: 7-10 Days: Store in a cool dry place (not in direct sunlight.)
Refrigerator: 2-3 Weeks: Place the heat-sealed cake pops into a sturdy air-tight container to prevent the delicate almond bark from getting crushed.
Freezer: Up to 3 Months: Place the heat-sealed cake pops into a sturdy air-tight container to prevent the delicate almond bark from getting crushed.
Thawing: Move the container to the refrigerator for 24 hours and then to the countertop 1 hour before serving. Gradual thawing prevents cracks in the almond bark.

Ingredients vary depending on the flavor, but cake pops are made from cake box mixes that use eggs, vegetable oil, and water.
Cake pops are dipped in either vanilla or chocolate flavored almond bark (a candy coating) with the additions of flavored extracts, cookies, candies, cereal, etc.
Cake pops DO NOT come from an allergy-free kitchen. They are prepared with equipment that also processes nuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy.
Under the Wisconsin Cottage Food law, my home kitchen is not subject to inspection by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture.
