Your order ships out on the EXACT date you choose from the list of available shipping dates. Not before… not after!
Standard Shipping gets you your order within 3-5 days from the “ship out” date. This is the usual timeframe, however no refunds are given if orders arrive late due to USPS delays. Consider ordering early! I recommend freezing your cookies if you’re not consuming them within a week of arrival. This maintains maximum freshness! Your order includes instructions on how to freeze/thaw cookies properly.
Priority Express is a 1-2 day delivery from the “ship out” date. It is expensive, but guaranteed. You can change the shipping method from “Priority” to “Priority Express” on the very last page of the ordering process, before you click "Pay Now."
Order is for 12 cookies. (1 dozen.) Change the quantity to order multiple dozens. 1= 1 dozen, 2= 2 dozen, 3= 3 dozen, etc.

Cookies come individually heat-sealed in a cellophane bag for freshness.
Storing Cookies: Place heat-sealed cookies in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for 7-10 days.
Freezing Cookies: Place heat-sealed cookies in an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw cookies in container at room temperature for several hours. Do not open the lid until completely thawed. Never thaw cookies in the refrigerator!

I put in a special color theme request without examples and she nailed the colors on the head! Perfect match for what we were going for. This is my second time buying cookies from her shop and I’ll probably be a customer every year for my son’s birthday. Only two arrived broken but honestly the packing was immaculate, you can only prevent so much.
